I believe Dean Gundberg has been spearheading developing the new
unofficial
SSDs since these were put up. Last I checked he was working on the whole
of
the new NSL ships. I *believe* he has the NAC, ESU and possibly FSE
done?
Can't remember...
In any event, these are only test SSDs, no fluff as yet.
The Beta ORC and UNSC, as well as some other, non-major powers, do have
full
pages, with fluff.
