OK, I'm not done with the writeup, but it's so long it
needs to be posted in parts anyway, and this list
needs some damn Topical discussion NOW.

Background:
Planet [Whereever] is a dirtball inhabited by [Ethnic
Group A] and [Ethnic Group B].	Through clever media
manipulations, the war between these two groups was
portrayed as Group A picking on Group B, and a
[multinational peacekeeping force or occupying force
from interested Great Power, henceforth referred to as
DBFOR, Dirt Ball Force] was deployed to stop the
violence. Ethnic Group B [Henceforth, Bians] was
quite upset to find that this included their reprisals
against the Aans as well. Weapons had been stockpiled
in undergroup shelters by the old unified government
of Dirtball, and posession of these caches was a vital
piece in the Bian plan to create a force powerful
enough to wipe out the Aans when the DBFOR is
withdrawn. Simillarly, the elimination of these caves
is an important goal for the DBFOR commanders.	This
scenario relates what happens when Aans, Bians, and
DBFOR meets at the same cave at the same time.
