Whoa! Accountability in the ESU is VERY strong; it's actually safer to
be a
whistle-blower than to be caught later being silent. The ESU has very
proficient and effective measures for supporting this, as well as the
concept of 'self-criticism', especially after the secret excesses of the
capitilistic erosion of morale fiber in the early 2000's.
