I forgot about SMLs. But then I don't like them, either. I've seen too
many
battles decided with massive SMR attacks in the 2nd or 3rd turn. SMRs
are
ship killers.

Well, you would have to guess when he's going to launch them. He could
wait
and eventually your numerous HETs are going to catch up to you.

I can accept the no turns when doing an HET restriction.

Naw, we're not using hexes.
Control not fine enough? What about vector movement that does
have such control? (I'm not proposing HETs in vector movemet)
