I allow figures to use a vehicle as a hard, protected target like a wall
or a
building. Because it is tall enough, I allow the figures to hide behind
the
dead vehicle for cover. On the other hand, they can't fire over it
either.
I'll ignore them as LOS blockers for all other cases.
