The NAC escort cruiser is the killer ship of the game. It has good fire
power (Torps), ADAF and from memory scrrens and armour.

I had 4 of them against a FSE fleet, they stoped my fighters AND SML
cold.
Then Distroyed a Foche in 1 turn.
