B5 Wars hexless vs EFSB?

I notice the new B5-Wars supplement (Narn vs Centauri) is out. Not on
this
side of the water of course (surprise, surpise). They mentioned a
hexless
game system in it.  I'm just wondering how it compares to the EFSB?
