Sounds kind of cool. If you can find web-space to post the RPG rules,
and
your FT campaign rules, I'll definetly check them out. The player-bias
exists in every RPG I've played, so that's not unusual. It's easy enough
to work around if you find it really objectionable. 

Another post mentioned the 2300ad RPGverse, which I'm not familiar with,
but it sounds worth checking out.
