Hmmm... I own a Fargo printer capable of dye-sub that would work just
fine.
I might have to try this, as I also would like to customize my ships
with
some decals. I have purchased 1/285 scale numbers made by GHQ that work
well, but I would like to use some custom insignias at times. I
remember a
company advertizing special decal sheets just for this in Fine Scale
Modeler
a while back.
