It's been a pretty consistent thing. Milan used against a .50 MG 
position in the Falklands, Piats against snipers in buildings, etc. 
Give troops a hard target and not an easy way to deal with it and 
they'll use an AT weapon with a significant HE effect to sort out the 
position.
