The way I play Cloaking under TOS is that the Cloakee must write
his orders in advance for as many turns as he wants to remain under
cloak. He then puts a counter where his ship was, removes it, and
then waits for the required amount of turns. He then uses counters
to place where he was at each turn when under cloak, and finally puts
