OT sort of, but interesting

Hello folks!

I was poking about the CSIS (Canadian Security Intelligence Service)
website, and came across some interesting articles.  These are of a
general
military affairs/international relations/strategic affairs type nature -
will be of interest to people with that kind of taste in bed-time
reading :)

Not directly game related, but some of it could be used as background
stuff
or to generate scenario ideas - maybe??
