FT Tournament ideas wanted

I'm running a FTFB tournament at Conquest'99 next year & was after any
suggestions people might have now the FTFB has been bedded in.

Current data:

Easter long weekend, Melbourne, Australia.

Double elimination.
4 x 2 hour games, 2 cinematic, 2 vector. Same fleet used for all games.
2300 point fleets.  >50% of ships must be greater than 100 mass.
Preregistered players can design their own fleets (no genre specific
weapons).
Late entries are restricted to 1 major power from the FTFB.
50% fleet morale is in effect.
Limited scenarios (worth up to 200 bonus points).
