Ral Partha has a few packs of rat men with swords, etc. that have just
been discontinued.  You might still be able to find them in stores, or
mail order (check RP directly first)  The item number are:

I have the Grenadier Ratscum pack and wererats and they are similar to,
but bigger than the Ral Partha Ratlings.

If you contact Lance and Laser, you can find out if they sell plastic
packs of the Ratzi's.  That would be a cheap way of getting lots of
figures, and plastic is usually easier to modify than pewter.
