Actually, smaller industrial nations have made quite a good living
out of selling weapons, slipping into the tactical, political and
psychological cracks. Look at Belgium (FN Herstal), Switzerland
(MOWAG, SIG), Sweden (Saab, Bofors, Oerlikon, Carl Gustav), Norway
(Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace) etc. etc.
