I worked up some SSD's similar to what you describe several years back.

The web site where I kept them is now defunct, but I still have all the 
files on backup.

Were they set up 6 ships per sheet and named "Terran <shipname>" and 
"Vilani <shipname>"?

If so, they were designed very shortly after Fleet Book 1 came out.
