[GZG][FT] Flags needed

I'm halfway through
[1] updating the *.gif canon and non-canon maps
[2] creating a *.pdf version of the canon and non-canon maps
[3] creating an AstroSynthesis file of both maps.

I need flags for the following empires:

Romanov Hegemony (Robert Hofrichter? Colin Nash?)
Saeed Khalifate (Tony Wilkinson?)
Common Republic (???)
FSE Separatists (David Billinghurst)

Laserlight and Noam, did you ever settle on where
your empires are going to be located at?
Once that is settled we can place David Stokes'
Knights of St John.
