Snapshot and would like to try ACQ.

Anyone got a URL for BITS? Been there in the past, but usual story; as
soon as you actually want to find it for a reason, the site hides...

"BITS".  It's an update of the old Traveller game
   Snapshot.  It is also amazingly like the X-COM game.  I'd bet, but
don't know for sure, that X-COM play was based on Snapshot.
