Or...Find a target planet with a small moon/captured asteroid. Send a
harmless rock to impact the moon. On impact, the rock turns out to be an
antimatter "Uncivil Engineering" package.  The moon abruptly de-orbits	
(for traditionalists, iridium can be included at a slight additional
charge).  As a bonus, you get enough fragments in enough trajectories to
interest any nearby ships or orbital facilities.
