OHMYGOSH, I just remembered!

There used to be rather adequate charms (as in bracelets or necklaces)
that
ran in the scout to courier size. Last time I saw them was in a DIY
jewelery store.

Relatively flat, with a loup on the top, but the ones I saw were
detailed
on both sides.
