NAC 3-round missile launcher == GMS(P)?

This question probably got snowed under in the other ghurka messages,
so:

The shoulder launcher with 3 loads is the same/different from the
GMS(P) listed at the end of the NAC range?

I don't have all NAC figures, and I am trying tofill in some blanks in
the list of available NAC weapons.
