The reason the Phalon rules work is because I created the PDFs using
Acrobat 5. (By the way, I'll be posting the latest version later on
today, hopefully, though I'll also have an "update" document for those
who just want to know what's different).

I was one of the testers Paul asked to help download and test the PDFs.
I used Acrobat Reader 6, and they opened no problem on a Pentium 4
machine. If you're using Acrobat Reader 5, that may be the reason you
have problems opening the DS2 file. Personally, I wouldn't use Acrobat 6
to create the files as it's still too new and there is such a wide
Acrobat 5 base.

If you've downloaded the files, try upgrading to Acrobat Reader 6 and
see if that helps.
