Note, in regards to WarHound's desire to stick with "how many
are currently in service", I took that into account when I was
creating the fleet lists. I don't remember if I stuck to it
rigidly with the smaller classes of ships, but with the larger
ones I tried to adhere closely to the "currently in service" 
numbers listed in the FleetBook.
