The Brain's EMP Missiles

My only concern here is whether every force 
would field enough canonical launcher platforms 
to make this kind of weapon an adequate 
defence against Dreadplanets, etc. 

For the NSL, we have the DD/M. 
For the NAC, a BC IIRC.
For the ESU, BDN or something big like that? 
For the FSE, I have no worry. 

But if this was to be one of the ubership 
deterrents, then having everyone with a DD/M 
would make sense. It'd be a small, cheap way 
to ensure that the Dreadplanets didn't want to 
put in an appearance.
