The Indian subsontinent is one of the few areas of the world where
unreformed Communist parties still have a loyal following (though they
are
certainly not, at present, the largest parties). Increased Communist
votes
due to economic problems could lead to participation in government. An
Anti-communist coup starts a civil war and the ESU is invited in to
support
they comrades.
