PE is nifty stuff, you can heat it with a propane torch until
it turns clear, work it, and when it cools it goes back to
being slightly opaque plastic. I've made tool covers for
my very sharp woodworking chisels by heating a milk jug,
sticking the chisel in and spinning it. When it cools it
pulls off easily and covers perfectly.
