Then you reduce the speed of fighters to a lower value and reduce
their endurance as well as anti-ship ability. Torpedo's should stay
the same. PDS effectiveness would get a corresponding down rate as
well though.
At the same time, I personally think that core systems ought to be
used and that torpedo's have penetrating damage similar to the
Kra'vak weapons.
