DS2 FAQ

Is it just me (or my local chunk of the net) or are there some problems?
I was trying to get to the DS2 FAQ and every route I take seems to be
thwarting me (suggesting, if the page is there, a DNS issue somewhere). 

Anyway, if anyone has a good link for it, or can send me a copy of it
offlist at tomb@stargrunt.ca, I'd be appreciative. 

Also, if the maintainer (Andrew Martin perhaps?) is listening, I'd like
to mirror this content on www.stargrunt.ca. But I'd like permission to
do so. 

While I'm at it, I'd like to obtain permission to mirror Brian's RCMP in
the Tuffleyverse article, if he's tuned in.... :) (It will make a nice
compliment to an organized crime article I'm working on).
