One nice thing was the scenario generator.  Worked well with Combined
Arms 
(Command Decision).

It's an old, old GDW product. It doesn't fit _Twilight 2000_ at all. It
came
out around the time of the original Traveller, and it wasn't really a
fit for
that, either.
