Well, for a tank it'd be a two-stage problem.  First
holes, which needs shaped charges.  Then you blow the
holes.	It would take a bit of explosives to do this
repeatedly.

Yeah--and with the right attachments Powered
Armor-equipped engineers should be able to dig
foxholes decently quick.

Treat 'em as being in hard cover.
