I think it's plausible as a PSB, but instead of making specific
mechanics
for it, I'd just fold it into the firecon ability of a unit doing an
active
search (A superior FC vehicle has more options for defeating enemy
stealth,
airburst "glitter" could possibly be ONE of those options).
