OK, Here's what I came up with:

Vehicle, class 3 15 : 0 15 15
Armor class 3 15 : 24 15 24
Fusion Generation Plant 15 : 24 15 38
Fast GEV 15 : 24 15 52
Amphibious 15 : 24 15 57
1 APSW 15 : 24 15 57
1 Light artillery battery 15 : 24 9 107
2 units of SMOKE art. ammo 15 : 24 9 127
2 units of HEF art. ammo 15 : 24 5 167
Enhanced ECM 15 : 24 5 197
Level 1 stealth 15 : 24 5 257
Space for 1 unit of normal infantry 15 : 24 1 277

The artillery is actually used by the infantry. If they are within
2" they use the ammo as normal. Otherwise they are 1 shots.

Comments?
