Most Australian M-113s have a V-100's turret on them BTW, one with
2 MGs or an HMG and an MG.

76mm, but that's a nitpick.
The Australians put a Saladin (76mm) turret on M113s too in Vietnam.
Called em "Fire Support Vehicles" (FSVs).
