Do you mean like a mortar team?  Light artillery cost,
plus cost of the infantry team.  I don't think it's
official, but it's pretty much accepted.

If you mean a towed artillery section, it's just the
cost of the artillery weapon system.  Plus buying the
prime mover itself.
