FMA skirmish rules

Good day to everyone,

	I was on the list some years ago and had to leave while there
was a
discussion ongoing about playtesting some skirmish rules for the
Stargrunt
type system.  I am curious as to if the project ever came to fruition. 
Is
there a link anywhere or maybe some kind soul would send me the last set
of
rules that were used.
	I am going to be running an X-Com type campaign and would like
to use that
system for the combat.	Fast, easy and still pretty descriptive.
