I listen to you on this list and hold my replies but I have to respond
to
this.  It may be that all Arabs that you have met or know of are poor
tankers.  However this does not mean that "All Arabs" are poor tankers.

Every nation which can manage it, no matter how
poorly, tries to field troops.	Lots of nations make
really, really bad tankers (all Arabs, for instance)
but try to kid themselves that the righteousness of
their cause or high morale, or whatever will make up
for this.
