So a Swiss Navy might be self-sufficient in the
smaller ships, but purchase battleships from the NSL,
Escort Cruisers from the FSE, and carriers from the
NAC (flying a mix of FSE and NSL fighters), or
whatever miniatures are on sale at your local gaming
store.
