Pax, before we start a flame war.

A UN that votes for a "Zionism is racism" decree is unlikely because of
the 
enormous influence of large powerblocs, such as the NAC and the ESU.
Neither 
are likely to vote for such an agenda.

It does however raise an interesting point. Does UN voting remain 1
vote/1 
nation? Is the NAC counted as lots of little nations or one? Or is the
voting 
now by population?
