Something else I've been considering - some time ago I posted the
concept of 'SENTRI/SENTINAL' drones (essentially unmanned 'banzai
jammers' but could also act as sensor platforms - as basic sensors are
free with the hull ;-) - the original versions were built using FB1
design rules and the 'tug' FTL drive rules.
