Heavy IAVRs

Hello all,

I have always been a fan of the Panzerfaust.  For my current Stargrunt
project I wanted to equip some of my PAs with a Panzerfaust style
weapon.  I was thinkingof stating it up as an IAVR with a heavy HEAT
warhead.

The IAVR is powerful enough as is and I'd like to stay balanced and
fair, but I think it's not too cheesy or far-out to make such a weapon. 
Any suggestions from veterans out there?
