The Terran battlecruiser looks somewhat like an NSL BB laid on its side,
with the engine block in the middle of the rear section, twin tubes at
either end of the rear section side plates, a host of antennae all along
and
a VERY big gun at the front (wave gun equivilent).

I'll take some screenshots from the movies someday and put them on my
site.
They look real purdy, and VERY beefy.

The best spot to see pictures of the ships of Starcraft would be the
Blizzard website.  They have a number of the artwork pieces for the
game available as a download as wallpaper.

The Terrans have the battlecruiser, science vessel, drop ship,
Valkyrie missile ships, and Wraith fighter.

The Zerg have overlords, mutalisks, guardians, devourers,
and the Scourge (little "plasma" suicide bombers).

The Protoss have carriers, interceptors, scouts, observers,
corsairs, and arbiters.
