Out of curiosity, has anyone tried just using skeletons? Thick-painted
where you want a bit of skin or cloth, you may have difficulty	getting
ones carrying briefcases, but I've had some luck making a spear look
like a
brandished gun.

Not that I've done a lot of conversion, especially at the 15mm level.
('The
man converts his 6 mm infantry...' still cracks me up...) ;->=
