Yes. Missiles and fighters must be w/i 5" vs. stealth 1 and 4" for
stealth 2
to engage. Which means that if Ftr secondary movement, for example gets
you
to 5.5", you can behit by PDS w/o being able to attack.

OTOH, you could also say that PDS invalidates the stealth effect at
short
range, so if PDS are fired, then the envelope is still 6". That's
aquirky
extra rule though.
