Well there is a point where you couldn't even
pick them up if they were to scale.

That's why I use the MM's as smaller ships with
much the same planform:

Excelsior -- repulse class battleship
EnterpriseD -- New Orleans class battleship

and so on. I have full sized version of the
Galaxy, the Excelsior, and the Sovereign now.

I only bought a defiant from him on ebay and then
enlarged my order to include a Sovereign and an
Ambassador class ship. I and a friend of mine here
in Atlanta (she's on this list) tend to compete for
interesting spaceships on ebay.

I find Bergstrom's ships pretty cool. I've actually
thought of using his ships and the Star Fleet
Elite ships to do games on reduced scale with
milimeters for MUs. It would be kind of cute and
his ships would be perfect in that scale. And you
could do battlestar galactica and NSEA protector
ships since he does quite respectable versions of
them. Frankly I think his coolest miniature might
be the martian war machines painted copper with
flourescent green highlights. I have 12 of them
ready if I ever figure out what game to use them
in.
