Subject: [FT] PBEM Game - Sentient Strife Simulation

I will run another PBEM FT game starting the week of 7/9/2001 (providing
I get enough players).

I would like to have represenatives from each of the 4 GZG Official
Species. The Sa'Vasku will use the suggested modificaitons (9mu range
bands, Pod Launchers power from the Repair pool, Spicules power from the
Defense pool).

I am looking for a minimum of 4 players (max of 12). Fleet size (in
points) will be set based on the number of players I actually get.
FB1/FB2 ships only (and listed variations).

Mix of mass will be enforced . Ratio:
Number Mass
  1 > 200
  2 101-200
  3 3-101
Ratio is applied from the top down (not bottom up); that is for every
ship with a mass of over 200 you must have 2 ships of mass 101-200, but
for every 2 ships of mass 101-200, you do NOT have to have a ship with a
mass over 200.

Movement: Vector (4" ranges for missiles and plasma).

Format will be Ring of Fire. You will be assigned a target fleet. You
get points for all damage you do to ships in your target fleet. You get
1/2 points for damage done to the fleet targeting you. If you destroy a
fleet, the target of the fleet you destroy becomes your target. Points
are based on Ship Cost/Damage Points (when a SV ship is destroyed, all
points for biomass used for Pods and Drones is awarded).

A modified turn sequence will be used:
 - Write Orders.
 - Fighter Secondary Movement.
 - PDS Fire.
 - Fighter Fire.
 - Missile Fire (not launches).
 - Ship to Ship Attacks.
 - Damage Control.
 - Scanning.
 - Fighter/Missile/Plasma Launches and Movement.
 - Movement of Units (Ships, Fighters, Missiles, etc.)

I would like to keep each game turn to 1 week or less.

Please contact me if you wish to partcipate and indicate what species
you wish to play (Human, Kra'Vak, Sa'Vasku, Phalon)
