I can't see it either, although I can see the chaos.
Of course my resolution wouldn't involve the UK.
It would involve the US splintering into multiple
small, weak countries.	I could see the CSA arrise
again.	California and Texas becoming their own
countries, possibly grabbing off a few neighboring
states, and the Northeast inheriting the name USA.

I really have no clue what would happen in the midwest
though.
