Could you please quote verse and chapter ?

The declaration of Human rights can be found at:
http://www.un.org/Overview/rights.html

I presume that you refer to Article 29:
"(3) These rights and freedoms may in no case be exercised contrary to
the purposes and principles of the United Nations."

The "purposes and principles" are defined in the UN charter.
The "purposes" is not the same as "interests".

Also there is Article 30 of the declaration of human rights
"Nothing in this Declaration may be interpreted as implying for any
State, group or person any right to engage in any activity or to perform

any act aimed at the destruction of any of the rights and freedoms set
forth herein."

The UN charter can be found at
http://www.un.org/aboutun/charter/index.html

Chapter 1/Article 1 defines the purposes and article 2 the principles.
What is your problem with those ?

Greetings
Karl Heinz
