A few things about Oz army uniforms:
They're relatively flimsy - in fact, they're almost disposable.
Don't Iron them, get a new set. The reason you don't Iron em
is it screws up the anti-Thermal Imaging chemicals they're
impregnated with. there's a lot more to em than meets the eye.
The chamicals last about a month. Usually, troops going
out on a patrol would get a new set of clothing. After a
week or two in the jungle, any clothing both light enough and
sufficiently insulating would be threadbare anyway.
