Okay, after Oerjan's review of my Vandenburg/E, I have updated my
shipyard page and, as penance for making the stupid mistake I made,
added another design for the NAC:  a "revenue cutter"--high speed,
moderate armament, limited cargo space (for mercy missions and the
like).
