1) Most Taswegians don't think they're extinct anyway (there's a million

dollar reward for a sighting... which means if you USians want a quick 
$2.50 you should probably come and have a poke around). The most
inventive 
so far was when someone painted a whippet with stripes....
2) You guys have yet to get the rest of the ethical furor that has been 
going on here for the last 6 months (at least in the science world) -
it's 
not a popular decision... more a PR gimmick!
